Behavior

Illness doesn’t always have a physical cause. Glenolden Animal Hospital has a special interest in behavioral medicine and will work with you to determine the cause of disorders such as Fears/Phobias, Resource guarding, Separation/Generalized Anxiety, Obsessive Behavior, Aggression, Inappropriate Elimination, and many others. Because behavioral problems can be very complicated, we will work with you to determine if we can help you or if you need to seek help with a veterinary behaviorist. If we can help, we will then determine a treatment regimen to improve both your and your pet’s life. Behavior problems are the number one reason animals are given to shelters and we can work together to keep that from happening with your pet.
